How it works

1

Connect

Sign in with your Fortnox account. The connection is done in minutes — no code.

2

Choose the rules

Decide when an order becomes an invoice, which accounts are used and how VAT is handled.

3

Sit back

Real-time sync with logs, exception alerts and automatic retries.

Why it matters

No more doing it twice.

When the accounting takes care of itself, both the sources of error and the hours in front of two screens disappear.

  • Fewer errors in the accounts
  • A faster month-end close
  • Full traceability per order

Every order posted correctly from the start — without a single manual keystroke.

Common questions

Which Fortnox licences are required?+

Fortnox Bokföring and Fakturering cover the basic flow. If you run stock sync you also need Fortnox Lager.

How quickly does data sync?+

Events are sent in real time over webhooks. As a fallback a batch sync runs every five minutes, so nothing is lost.

What happens on a return?+

The return creates a credit note in Fortnox and adjusts stock automatically — linked back to the original order.
