Questions about price, contracts and migration
Are there per-order or revenue-based fees?+
No. Unlike GMV-based models, you pay a fixed price however much you sell. That keeps your cost predictable as you grow.
Are hosting and updates really included?+
Platform updates, monitoring and security patches are included in both plans. Light also includes shared hosting. Enterprise bills hosting separately, because the environment is built to your requirements — with us on Kepler Cloud, or in your own cloud.
What does migrating from Magento cost?+
The migration assessment is free. The migration itself is priced by scope — in most cases well below what a Magento upgrade project costs.
What does the setup fee cover?+
For Light, the SEK 50,000 setup fee covers configuration, setup and migration so you are live quickly. For Enterprise, bespoke development and licence are included in the monthly price across the 36-month term. Hosting is billed separately.
Can we change plan later?+
Yes. You can move from Light to Enterprise at any time with no re-migration — it is the same platform.
