What does a credit buy?
Credits are used per action. Typical usage below. Large jobs always show an estimate before you start.

Enriching a full catalogue of 3,000 products uses about 3,000 credits. That fits comfortably within the Growth package, with room left for SEO and reports.

Our default model for enrichment, SEO content and data questions. Fast, accurate and cost efficient.
Claude Fable 5.1
Used for orchestration and complex, multi-step agent work where the highest reasoning quality matters.

Support for additional models is on the way. Your credits work across all of them.
HDL selects the model for each feature and may update models to improve quality and speed. Credit rates are always shown in your dashboard.

Set a monthly credit limit. We notify you at 80% and 100%, and agents stop at your limit unless you choose otherwise.

AI Agents and AI Credits.
What is an AI Credit?+
A unit that measures AI usage in HDL Commerce. Each action, such as enriching a product or asking a question about your data, uses a set or estimated number of credits.
What happens when I run out of credits?+
Agents pause at your limit. You can buy a top-up, raise your limit, or enable overage in the dashboard.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Included monthly credits reset each month. Purchased top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
Which AI models do you use?+
Claude Opus 5.5 for most tasks and Claude Fable 5.1 for orchestration and complex agent work. More models are coming.
Is my data used to train AI?+
No. Your data, prompts and outputs are never used to train AI models, by HDL or by our AI providers.
Where is my data processed?+
Within the EU/EEA.
Can I connect my own AI tools?+
Yes. From the Growth package, you can connect tools such as Claude to your HDL Commerce data through secure, permission-based access (MCP).
Can I change package?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime, effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing month.
Is AI content ready to publish?+
AI output can contain errors, so content is saved as drafts for your review by default. You stay in control of what goes live.
Terms
The short version of our terms
- AI Agents are billed in AI Credits according to your package and the credit price list.
- You set and control your monthly spend limit.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI content before it is published or used.
- Your data is only accessed within your own account, processed in the EU, and never used for model training.
- Credits are non-refundable, except where we caused incorrect usage.
- Prices and credit rates can change with 30 days’ notice. Credits you have already bought are not affected.
